Brewing Collaboration
PalmLot’s formula development was supported through collaboration with Suapobbe Brewing.
Founded in 2020 and rooted in Xiamen’s Shapowei craft culture, Suapobbe later expanded with a production facility in Longhai, Zhangzhou. Public project information also indicates integrated brewing capabilities across brewing, fermentation, storage, and filling, giving the collaboration a strong technical foundation.
For PalmLot, this stage was about moving from concept to testable liquid — shaping flavor direction, sample development, and production-ready thinking through real brewing support.

Xiamen Roots
Suapobbe Brewing was founded in 2020 with a brand direction rooted in Xiamen and Shapowei culture, combining local identity with contemporary craft brewing.

Zhangzhou Production
Public project information shows that Suapobbe’s Longhai, Zhangzhou site includes integrated systems for brewing, fermentation, storage, and filling, supporting larger-scale production and technical execution.

Multi-Style Capability
Suapobbe’s public product range spans multiple craft styles, including pale ales, hazy IPAs, fruited beers, stouts, and cider-based products — showing broad experience in flavor structure and category development.
